Have your workouts planned for the month based on your specific goals. 2-3 workouts a week. A minimum of 3 months is required, charged bimonthly.
Get guided weekly workouts with Personal Training. Each will be tailored to your needs, and designed to drive results. 2-4 workouts a week. 3 month minimum required, charged bimonthly.
Sign up for virtual group exercise classes. Classes are created based on the participants’ home equipment and space. Space is limited to 4 per class, so grab some friends and plan your group class at home! 2 person minimum.
New Years Jump Start
This 30 day challenge will put you ahead of the curve on New Years Resolutions. You’ll get 3 workouts per week, personal coaching and modifications, a private group page for support, plus results tracking. Runs from December 2- December 31. Deadline to join is December 1.
